The Infrastructure Development program of South Africa and all of its gains since 1994 has benefitted by a monumental margin, the white over the black community. the lion-share of development of towns and cities, has benefitted white owned construction, property development, professional, nancing and all other businesses within the value chain. The might and dominance of white owned companies has infiltrated into rural and township areas and has continued in its trend of benefitting white companies. JSF promotes the growth of the country’s economy particularly the infrastructure development program however, if the implementation thereof, continues in its current trajectory, we reject it out-right and we will lead the dialogue and action of change.

JSF will meet its mandate by means of developing and implementing programs that would yield measurable and quantified results. Some of the work of JSF will be executed internally by means of project management whilst some will be implemented by associates or service providers. We have and will continue to establish relationships with people and organization with similar socio-economic objectives as ours. By means of association, will ensure that we reach out to the furthest parts of our country and that we serve the greater majority of our population.
