- No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your likeness, image, voice, or appearance in any recordings or photographs.

Opt-Out Option
We understand that not all attendees may be comfortable with being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform a staff member or event organizer upon arrival. We will take reasonable steps to accommodate your request.
Revocation of Consent
If, at any time, you wish to revoke your consent for the use of your image or voice, please contact us at admin@jsfoundation.africa. We will make efforts to remove your likeness from future materials; however, we cannot retract materials already distributed.

- Changes to the Policy: Joe Sibanyoni Foundation reserves the right to amend this Media Release Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
- Third-Party Media: This policy does not apply to media captured by third-party attendees or guests. Joe Sibanyoni Foundation is not responsible for the actions of other event attendees.
